ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES

The Antiques Roadshow Open Call is open to legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry, are at least 13 years of age (provided however that participants ages 13–17 must have parental/legal guardian permission to participate). Participants ages 13 - 17 must have your parental/ legal guardian review and discuss these Eligibility and Guidelines, the Official Rules with you.

The Antiques Roadshow Open Call is not open to employees, officers, directors, trustees, and members of their respective immediate families or households, of WGBH.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

All participants must complete registration in order to submit. Submissions must be original stories, limited to a 2 minute maximum time, and must be cleared for use by The WGBH Lab in the manner contemplated by these guidelines and the Terms of Use.

By entering, each participant acknowledges compliance with all Eligibility and Guidelines and agrees to abide by and be bound by such Eligibility and Guidelines and all decisions of WGBH, which shall be binding and final in all respects relating to The Antiques Roadshow Open Call.

By entering, each participant represents and warrants that their video submission is his/her original work, that he/she owns or has the necessary rights and permissions to all elements in the video submission to grant WGBH the right to use the submission in all manner and media in perpetuity as WGBH desires, and that use in any manner or media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, television, radio, cassettes and DVDs (and their packaging), and the Internet) of such video submission by any of WGBH Educational Foundation,The WGBH Lab, Antiques Roadshow, and/or any of their respective assigns, will not infringe upon or violate rights of any third party.

By entering, each participant grants WGBH Educational Foundation, The WGBH Lab, Antiques Roadshow, and/or their respective assigns, the right to edit, publish, promote and otherwise use their video submission without permission, notice or compensation.

DEADLINES: All video submissions must be submitted by May 28th, 2010. All entries for the first contest period must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. (EST) March 26th, 2010. All entries for the second contest period must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. (EST) April 30th, 2010. All entries for the first contest period must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. (EST) May 28th, 2010.
